Recruiter Duration: two months Location: REMOTE Position duties: - Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to define their talent needs and to provide best in class recruiting services - Must be knowledgeable on the full recruiting lifecycle - Communicates company values, culture, work environment, business strategies, benefits and other areas of interest to prospective applicants - Must show high attention to detail, good judgment and possess excellent organizational and time management expertise - Conduct/coordinate candidate assessments and reference checks - Proficient in using internet search tools, candidate tracking systems, database programs and job boards - Superior verbal/written correspondence and time organizational skills - Identify and consult with hiring managers on top applicants including writing up candidate summaries and recommendations - Ensure compliance with recruitment and employment laws
