HR Associate Generalist - (Bridgewater, NJ)

Responsibilities: Position Location: Bridgewater, NJ Business Unit: Human Resources, Corporate Global Innovation Primary Function This primary objective for this role is to provide generalist support and be the primary contact for HR questions including recruitment, compensation, 1st level employee relations, reporting and other related HR projects. Supervision: No direct reports Key Deliverables Business + Partner with Corporate Human Resources and Bridgewater HR Manager to effectively communicate corporate initiatives. + Serve as point of contact to support metrics and reporting for department. Runs and provides ad-hoc reports from HRIS, Ms excel or other software as required. (Including headcount and staffing reports). + Responsible for data entry updates and analysis in HRIS. + Provides data, charting, reporting, and presentation requests.
