Job description: Dedicated Human Resources (HR) business partner to respective executive vice presidents/senior vice presidents in the identification and meeting of all HR needs. Serve as primary contact and advisor and HR support sourcing manager for Retail, Business Banking and any other assigned businesses. Concentrated focus on diagnostic, consultative and organization development support. The position also requires a broad scope of responsibility for work in areas including Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Training, Compensation, Benefits, M&T Commitment and Talent Management. Provide expert consultation in organizational effectiveness to business lines, specifically, through leadership focused on talent management, diversity, restructuring, consolidations, outsourcing, and other human capital initiatives.
