Necessary background: Law degree and licensed to practice as a lawyer in the US or UK. Intellectual property experience focused on trade mark law and practice. Preferred requirements: Previous law firm experience in Trade Marks, Copyright and Intellectual Property litigation preferred. In-house experience preferred but not required. Demonstrated expertise to build and enhance legal training programs. Expertise to work on own initiative, multi-tasks and meet deadlines, Expertise to work in a team environment. Details: Position overview Summary The role provides dedicated global trade mark support to the Specialty Pharma Franchise and clients globally in relation to Cardiovascular, Metabolic and Rare Diseases. The role is responsible for the strategy, clearance, registration, maintenance and enforcement of trade marks, copyright, domain names and other similar intellectual property rights relating to these therapy areas.
