Government Affairs Field Representative Job - (San Bernardino, CA)

Position summary The CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS's Field Representatives play an important role in engaging members at the local level in C.A.R.'s Government Affairs activities. This individual will be involved in mobilizing REALTORS in response to Red Alerts, and providing trainings and other assistance to local associations. The job mandates the expertise to work autonomously to support team efforts Responsibilities Create and deliver outreach presentations to local association meetings and at office sales meetings. Recruit REALTOR participants for the Legislative Liaison and Broker Involvement programs. Mobilize REALTOR members as part of issue advocacy campaigns. Conduct training sessions for local real estate associations. Develop relationships with key REALTOR volunteers and local real estate association staff. Gather political intelligence and provide political mentoring. Increase participation in REALTOR Action Fund.
