Sr. Flood Insurance Control Specialist - (Charlotte, NC)

Position summary: Applicant will perform flood insurance operational control activities for commercial and corporate loan portfolio. These activities will include data quality checks, research and analysis of exceptions as well as ad hoc control reviews. Applicant will also be involved in flood-related projects which require meeting deliverables within tight timeframes and tracking actions as well as metrics. This resource must be able extremely proficient in flood insurance regulatory requirements, commercial lending and be adept with Microsoft excel, Sharepoint and Microsoft word. The applicant will be required to work with a small team and be a self starter. Must be able to independently manage workload and solve problems quickly, escalating issues as necessary while making meaningful daily progress under tight time frames. Requirements: • Excellent commercial lending and/or commercial insurance background • Excellent flood background • Background in lending operation
