eCommerce Auction Listing Associate (Part Time/Flexible) - (Traverse City, MI)

The principal role of an eCommerce auction listing associate is listing quality donated items for sale on shopgoodwill.com and ebay.com. Primary Duties: Support the mission and vision of Goodwill Industries of Northern Michigan. Perform work in a safe manner observing all Goodwill safety policies/procedures. Perform duties and interact with all Goodwill teammates, clients, and customers in a professional manner. Respect the diversity of others including, but not limited to, those with cultural, ethnic, and gender differences, individuals experiencing homelessness, and persons with visible and non-visible disabilities Maintain goal of posting 22 items per day (min). Write merchandise descriptions with creativity and honesty that adhere to accepted standards and practices. Take quality photographs of merchandise to be posted. Accurately weigh and estimate correct shipping method for listed items. Accurately label and store listed items. Answer customer questions in a timely manner.
