Drug Testing Coordinator - (Kalamazoo, MI)

Implement and administer community drug testing program in accordance with accepted testing protocol. Identify emerging trends in drug testing fields, research same, recommend appropriate trends for inclusion in Program and implement those trends approved by the Director. Interface with internal and external partners to insure timely and cost-effective delivery of services. Assist with drug testing. Maintain accurate records, interpret and analyze data and generate appropriate reports and invoices, certifying same to compliance monitoring agencies and clients. Conduct assessments. Train staff in drug testing issues and office procedures. Testify in Court proceedings as a quasi-expert with enhanced technical knowledge. Bachelor's degree in human services or medical technology field; or any comparable combination of background, education and training. Current understanding and understanding of the criminal justice system, drug testing protocols and substance abuse issues required.
