Quality Control Manager - (Fairburn, GA)

The quality control manager will provide support for documentation of quality, inspection, production and improving processes on rubber products. Job assignments and responsibilities: - FEMA, PPAP, APQP, and RMA's - Visits to customers for price adjustments, quality issues, new work - Qualifying of products an validating of processes - Maintaining procedures and work instructions - Assisting in manufacturing problem analysis and solutions - Assist QA Manager in implementing and sustaining ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and TS16949 standards - Preforms reviews/creates/revises command media (manuals, procedures, P/P) to ensure completeness, accuracy and compliance - Perform in house audits/reviews (Six Sigma, Total Quality Management) and assist with resolution - Customer training, audits and surveys - continuous update of customer needs into our internal system *corrective actions - In charge of assigned group of customers and satisfying their needs/questions/problems in relation to quality
