Complaints Quality Specialist - (Chicago, IL)

Summary of Responsibilities: The Complaints Quality Specialist shall be responsible for the monitoring, evaluating, developing testing, and reporting policy and procedure compliance throughout all aspects of Complaint Management. In addition, this role will be responsible to implementing quality control plans to minimize defects before they occur. Key functions: Monitors telephone calls to complete reviews. Maintains a comprehensive current understanding of Complaints Management policy and procedures. Maintains a comprehensive working expertise of all tools that are available to each associate. Assists with the creation and implementation of QC policies and procedures. Documents and reports results on policy and procedure review to senior management. Continually evaluates and enhances workflow to implement best practices. Other Functions: Special projects as requested Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications:
