Credit & Collections Analyst (Bilingual Spanish) - (Novelty, OH)

Willoughby Supply Company, located in Mentor, Ohio is a distributor of roofing materials with locations in Ohio and Florida (12 Branches). GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Areas of responsibility are the credit and collections analysis of new and existing customers working with the National Credit Manager and VP of Sales. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Builds relationships with internal and external customers. Assists in completion of residential and commercial credit applications. Evaluates credit reports and recommends preliminary credit limits for approval by management. Maintains database of all activity and discussions conducted with all accounts. Provides customers with copies of invoices and statements upon request. Contacts customers on a timely basis to investigate complaints, verify accuracy of fees, or to correct errors on customer statements. Monitors aged accounts receivable trial balance for past due activity.
