Project Architect - Construction Position summary:Job Description Project Architect - Construction Our client is currently seeking resumes for the position of Project Architect-Construction. Applicants possessing an architectural degree from an accredited program are preferred. Architectural registration is a plus, but not required. The ideal applicants must be self-motivated and able to work autonomously and collaboratively with direction from senior architectural staff in a fast-paced environment. The applicants should expect to participate in all phases of project development, including programming, site design, architectural and interior design, construction documents and construction administration. A commitment to sustainability through LEED accreditation is desirable. Proficiency in AutoCad is required. In addition to a working understanding of construction technology and building envelope design, the applicant must also possess superior written and spoken communication abilities.
