Product Analyst - (Atlanta, GA)

Job details Responsible for working with NAPA AUTO PARTS’s Store Technology Product Team and it’s transition to the new store system RPM . This individual will serve as a key business liaison to the user community of over 6,700 stores in the U.S. and Canada. In this role, the Product Analyst is responsible for helping to define and document system functionality needs, assist with the implementation of pilot stores, training creation, and problem resolution. The Product Analyst gathers and researches customer requirements, helps define product vision, and works closely with vendors and internal development staff to deliver winning solutions. Works with store operations, retailers, and support to exceed customer expectations. Ensures product efforts align with the strategic vision of company.
