Senior Director, Global Finance (828-679) - (Rockville, MD)

The Director Global Finance will be responsible for supporting USP??s global operations by leading financial analysis, planning, forecasting, and budgeting activities. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the position will provide strategic and financial consulting to the Executive Team and Board of Trustees including long range planning, annual planning, current results, investment alternatives and capital analysis. Roles and Responsibilities: Reviews organization and strategic initiative operating results to ensure financial accuracy and plan compliance, including revenue and expense analysis, capital analysis, ROIs, cash flow and KPIs. Provides Global Finance, Strategic Marketing, Support Functions and Executive leadership accurate and timely reporting and analysis leading towards effective decision making. Manage the financial planning, forecast and budgeting processes and their continued development focusing on max organization-wide support, efficiency and accuracy.
