The classification of Supervisor Premium Club includes managing, coordinating and controlling Premium Club functions (as described below); monitors the quantity and quality of work performance; directing personnel within assigned functional area; overseeing and advising on staffing qualifications; participating in the discipline, coaching, counseling, hiring and termination of subordinates; training subordinates, ensures compliance with Company rules and regulations, Workplace standards and contractual agreements; ensures budgetary controls and manning qualifications. This position may include responsibility for communication between Airport Board officials and individual customers with the Company.
