This position mandates mature judgment and initiative. Time management and management expertise are also essential. Qualifications Min of 3-5 yrs of (CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY) PROJECT MANAGEMENT or ENGINEERING background. Mechanical & Plumbing estimating background is helpful. Good knowledge of MEP building systems and components is required. Expertise to review, understand and analyze ALL types of mechanical drawings- Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Protection. Superior communication expertise. Familiarity with LEED construction practices and commissioning is a plus.
