Job DescriptionJob Qualifications:High-school Education or equivalent preferred.2+ Years loan processing and operations background.Expertise to provide Customer Service via phone and face to face.Expertise to perform computer entry/navigation, as well as use Ms excel, Ms word and Outlook programs.Strong knowledge of lending products and procedures.Expertise to accurately prepare loan documents or expertise to learn.Expertise to handle multiple tasks and frequent interruptions.Essential Job Functions:Accurately preparing loan documents. Ensure that adequate documentation is in order prior to loan closing.Review documents/reports and verify info was entered correctly and in compliance with regulatory agencies and internal policy.Preparing mortgage satisfactions for paid off loans and tearing down paid off loan files.Presenting and logging legal documents presented to the County Recorder, Auditor and Treasurer.Effective and tactful communication with customers, brokers, builders, appraisers and inspectors
