Business Banker Job - (Gurnee, IL)

The Business Banker is responsible for managing, retaining and expanding a portfolio of Business Banking clients as defined from time to time. The position's primary emphasis is on growing client relationships and sales of 1st American Bank's (FAB) Business Banking and Treasury Management products. In addition, the Business Banker partners with other lines of business to support the goals of 1st American Bank. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Identify and generate new Business Banking client relationships to meet the monthly loan and deposit goals through sales calls, referrals and networking both internally and externally. Manage a Business Banking portfolio as assigned to retain and expand the client relationships through regular contact and servicing. Administer the portfolio such that all applicable loan and credit policies are followed to ensure that the risk of loss is reduced and/or identified early.
