Construction / Project Manager 1 - (Ada, OH)

Job Functions: Construction, Project Manager - Unit Description Sodexo is seeking a Construction / Project Manager at Ohio Northern University in Ada, Ohio Reporting directly to the General Manager of Facilities for Sodexo, you will be you will be responsible to: Assist the University with construction planning activities (timelines, implementation schedules, etc.) and other project related duties assigned by the University. Act as the University*s liaison in reviewing plans and looking for potential problem areas or risks and assessing probable impact. Create preliminary construction drawings, and submit projects for permitting as appropriate. Assist the University in development of budgets, project scope and contract negotiations to insure consistency between the project scope and financial parameters.
