Job summary: Join us in working on our brand new Behavioral Health Unit- Senior Care.- This is a twenty bed unit that offers exciting opportunities for an experienced leader. The Manager provides guidance, direction and support to the nursing personnel assigned to the unit. This position is responsible for supervising, organizing and implementing actions to ensure that optimal quality nursing care is provided according to policies and procedures for acute care services. This position participates in patient, family and staff education, provides leadership by working collaboratively with nursing personnel, physicians and ancillary/support departments and provides direct patient care as needed.
