PM Maintenance Supervisor - (Gas City, IN)

Currently looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to fill a position with a non-automotive and non-union manufacturer located in the Gas City, IN area. Interested applicants should have a Bachelors degree in Engineering or related discipline with at least 5yrs of supervision background with multiple departments. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Plan and coordinate departments activities to support targets, and meet and/or exceed client and/or customers expectations * Participate in identifying hiring needs; employee selection and training process * Provide communication on departmental expectations, motivates teammates, and identifies opportunity for improvements * Provide team leadership consistent with company vision, mission, principles * Ensures Policies are followed and provides guidance and discipline * Actively participate on assigned teams and/or projects * Effectively utilize all resources to max potential performance to achieve goals
