Position title: Training Coordinator Description: Using established training methods, documented instructions, and under the guidance of plant manufacturing leadership: Monitor and evaluate the adequacy of associate training and compliance to proper processing requirements. Monitor and evaluate process compliance and support quality systems within the facility. Overall Purpose: Evaluate product quality, process compliance, and maintain quality program within plant in accordance to specified standards.
