Stability Specialist - (Englewood Cliffs, NJ)

Responsibility Summary: Tracks stability parameters, through the stability cycle and records the results electronically for each result at each station. Responsibilities: 1. Consult schedules on a daily basis to prepare ambient temperature (25°C) for stability tests that require analysis the next day. 2. Measure the pH and viscosity for each condition and records the data with appropriate observations. 3. Communicate immediately to the responsible chemist regarding any changes that occur. (i.e. color change, a physical separation, odor change, viscosity drift) 4. Return stability samples to the appropriate stability station or show the chemist any changes that have occurred. Requirements/Skills 1. 1 to 4yrs of stability background, cosmetic industry preferred 2. 2 or 4-year college diploma, chemistry related major preferred 3. Well organized and highly detail oriented 4.
