QA Technician - (Elkhorn, WI)

Introduction: Positon is at a mid-sized plastics manufacturing company in the Elkhorn/East Troy area. Requirements: 1 yr quality background in a rubber manufacturing facility High-school certificate with background or AS or BS Degree in a technical field (Biology, Physics, Chemistry Chemical Engineering) It is very important that this person has a keen attention to detail. These are very small parts and the employee will need to be extra careful not to miss errors. Job overview: Note: Will split time between production and Lab 60:40 - Shares responsibility for department housekeeping and safety with other QA technicians. - Communicates with supervisors and other members of manufacturing management as needed to answer questions, resolve problems or determine priorities. - Shares responsibility with other teammates for meeting on-time manufacturing and delivery schedules. - Responsible for completing testing on a timely basis.
