Teller - Member Services Representative - Full-time and Part-time We have opportunities for Full and part-time Member Services Representatives (Tellers) to join our team and continue our mission to create opportunities for our members, their families, communities and staff to thrive financially and improve their quality of life for generations. A Member Services Representative has the most contact with our existing members and with potential members to provide individualized service, introduce exciting new products/services and provide ongoing support for all of their financial needs. Job duties include: Accurate and efficient transaction processing. Providing strong communication expertise by listening to and speaking with members. Recognizing the financial needs and goals of members and responding to them by introducing beneficial products and services. Complying with member requests for transactions, providing accurate answers to inquiries and resolving problems.
