Teller Operations Manager ( Job ID: 10220) - (Opelika, AL)

The Teller Operations Manager position has the responsibility for supervising and coordinating daily activities of the teller staff including but not limited to training and scheduling of tellers, customer transactions, cross selling bank products, resolution of teller and customer issues, and the total operations of the teller line in compliance with CharterBank's policies and procedures. Without the Teller Operations Manager position the bank would not be able to ensure the delivery of efficient and quality customer service as it relates to basic customer cash receipts and payment services. The Teller Operations Manager works under the guidance of the Branch Manager and is responsible for supervising the daily functions of the teller position as it relates to management of the teller staff, assignment of position qualifications, compliance with banks policies and procedures, and federal regulations.
