Workday Architect Job - (San Mateo, CA)

Overview This role is a critical SME in Workday providing guidance and outstanding support to the HRIS team in the implementation of new modules, releases and rollouts. As a Workday Architect you will act as the primary link between the business requirements and the underlying capability of the Workday modules, ensuring that delivered solutions are robust, efficient and deliver the max possible value to the business. You will work with various business leaders, business partners within HR and throughout the business to drive continuous improvement of global processes by leveraging tools and technology effectively, as well as supporting the interfaces from Workday to all other HR systems and downstream systems within or outside the company. You will work primarily in a solutions architecture capacity, but will also be involved in a light management capacity when necessary.
