Instructional Designer- Operations Job - (San Mateo, CA)

Overview The Instructional Designer - Operations is responsible for designing and developing engaging, innovative, and effective training courses and curriculum for the Operations Training department. This includes new hire training, new processes/product rollouts as well as leadership courses and training the trainer materials. The Instructional Designer will work in collaboration with dedicated technical trainers, multimedia content developers and other internal SMEs in developing this content. Successful candidates will have background working with subject matter experts and can demonstrate their ability to translate training requirements into interactive, effective course material. A wide degree of creativity and self-motivation is expected.
