Teradata Architect - (Branchville, NJ)

Bachelor's degree in Engineering/ Master's in Computers. Should have min 14yrs of background in DWBI set ups. Should have good knowledge of Healthcare/Life Sciences domain. Possess strong verbal and written correspondence abilities. Should have background in building large scale data warehouses, development/migration to Teradata. Should be hands on in Teradata with strong understanding of architecture and underlying data distribution. Thorough knowledge of ELT and in-database processing, Workload management (WLM) Strong understanding of duplicate processing, key generation techniques, fast/multi load etc. Excellent skills in navigating Unix OS, shell scripting and Perl a plus. Background with ETL tools with background in large scale migration, data movement. Good knowledge on Reporting standards, best practices and frameworks, preferably Business Objects. Thorough knowledge on Data Warehouse project constraints, technical risks, and business user's viewpoints.
