Job DescriptionJOB SUMMARY: Responsible for supporting all advertising functionality of the advertising-A/R system Responsible for implementing new functionality throughout the enterprise and ensuring accurate and reliable advertising reporting details Must operate as a process owner and work together with op unit advertising management and personnel to verify that the systems are configured and function properly. Test and assist with project implementations, training of users, process improvement and issue resolution. Up to 50% travel is possible. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Participate in planning of system configuration, support and upgrade plans Execute build, support and maintenance activities Assist with system testing Identify and assist in process improvements throughout the enterprise. Identify and assist in resolution of issues regarding system functionality, reports, documents and accuracy. Develop training materials and help train users of the system.
