Michelin trained Chef looking to hire enthusiastic and motivated kitchen staff on an on-call basis. This is an amazing opportunity to work under a highly trained chef in a unique environment. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in the production of all hot and cold foods Manage menu development and control recipe cost Manage food inventory Implement catered events, promotional programs and new standards Continually maintain a safe workplace environment Encourage good customer relations through product promotion Keep a clean and organized work space QUALIFICATIONS: Previous culinary background required Culinary degree preferred Strong work ethic Good communication abilities Exceptional food presentations skills Servsafe certification required Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
