Design Engineer-Manufacturing - (Adrian, MI)

This position is responsible for performing research and development, design, redesign, and product revisions as it relates to engineering and Company products. This person will be involved in product development and will work with manufacturing in a fashion to promote positive communication and collaboration. Required functions of this role include: Acting as a resource to the clients organization as requested and where appropriate to ensure that we make terrific engineering decisions. Acting as a resource to other engineering teammates to provide suggestions and support for projects they are working on. Maintain Product Development Process Project books and documentation.
