Draft and review various ordinary course real estate financing agreements and contracts, including confidentiality agreements, operating agreements, promissory notes, deeds of trust and mortgages, guaranties, subscription agreements, and various ancillary agreements. Provide timely support of sales production (equity, preferred equity, and debt) with the foregoing transaction documents as well as with master loan purchase agreements, brokerage referral agreements and similar business development opportunities.
