Litigation Paralegal - (Cranberry Twp, PA)

LITIGATION PARALEGAL Direct-Hire Position $20.00-$22.50 per hour, depending upon background. A growing business law firm located in Cranberry Township is seeking an experienced litigation paralegal. The practice is a full-service business firm that brings large law firm background and top level legal talent to a wide variety of clients. The applicant must be able to manage, organize, and prioritize a large caseload. Duties include trial preparation, deposition summarization, drafting documents, scheduling, and review of records. Applicants who are qualified should have significant litigation background and excellent computer and written correspondence skills; advanced degree preferred. Necessary background: -Proficient in Ms office including Ms word, Ms excel, Outlook, Access and PowerPoint -Proficient with legal research tools, including Westlaw or Lexis -Strong written and verbal communication abilities -Expertise to manage projects
