(NEW) opportunity Mid-Level Employment Litigation Associate we are reviewing resumes and interviewing applicants who are qualified immediately on behalf of our client, prestigious AmLaw 100 firm for their reputable employment practice group?s Atlanta office, seeking an associate with approx 3-6 yrs? of relevant employment litigation and transactional employment work qualified candidates must have pre-trial employment litigation, preparing for and handling depositions, conducting witness interviews, preparing EEOC position statements and preparing employment and severance agreements. Background in counseling employers on federal and state employment law compliance, drafting workplace policies and assisting clients with employment training programs and extensive summary judgment brief writing much desired. 30% Travel will be required for this position. Georgia Bar admission and superior academics required.
