Trademark Paralegal Job - (Redwood City, CA)

The Trademark Paralegal has overall responsibility for global trademark management of the assigned clients? trademark portfolios, including U.S. and foreign trademark prosecution, maintenance, searching, clearance and enforcement. Assists attorneys with TTAB proceedings. The Trademark Paralegal assists in preparing relevant documents for filing applications and the maintenance of pending and registered trademarks. Will correspond directly with clients and foreign associates on routine matters.
