Manager, Product Data & Delivery - (La Crosse, WI)

The Manager of Product Data & Delivery oversees the combined teams of Inventory Management (Supply Chain), Order Fulfillment, and Product Setup and is ultimately responsible for product data and the set-up and fulfillment of KPE products through our LMS and third party logistics warehouse (3PL). The incumbent uses Lean management and tools to further develop a culture of respect and continuous improvement within the department. Main responsibilities: Lead the operations teams of Product Set Up and Order Fulfilment and Supply Chain. . Responsible for personnel development and accountable for results of the teams Oversee the relationship with the 3PL warehouse and UPS. Ensure that KPE products are available to meet customer needs Reduce cost of goods sold by purchasing physical products in the most cost effective way Manage inventory levels to balance business priorities and customer expectations.
