Modification - Denver Job - (Denver, CO)

Position title: Loan Modification Specialist/Analyst Function: Analyze loan modifications, including Home Affordable Modification Program (HAMP) and proprietary modifications. Core Competencies: -General knowledge of HAMP and proprietary modifications -Expertise to understand various types of modifications and identify temporary and permanent -modifications -Expertise to properly capture modification details including deferred balances, modification principal and interest payments Suggested Qualifications: -3+ years of industry specific background -Background with a variety of modification types -Excellent PC skills in Ms office (specifically Ms word & Microsoft excel) -An expertise to prioritize work and meet deadlines -Expertise to solve complex problems -Expertise to work autonomously Location: Denver,CO
