Auto Repair & Tire Sale - Store Manager - (CF- 547) - (South Plainfield, NJ)

Mavis Discount Tires, the nation's fifth largest independent tire dealer is growing, and has immediate openings for experienced Managers at various locations. Applicants with strong selling, customer relations and leadership skills are preferred. Background in a high energy chain restaurant or the retail sector is a plus. This position is oriented strongly toward selling tires and automotive repair services, managing the store team and working with customers on a routine basis. Applicants with knowledge of under-car repairs, tires and exhaust systems are preferred but not required for consideration. The person selected will be responsible for the day to day operation of the store assigned including managing, training and development of subordinates, inventory control, safety of personnel, attaining sales goals, compliance with Company processes and controls, scheduling personnel, monitoring performance, merchandising, taking phone calls and representing Mavis Tire in a professional manner, etc.
