Sr. Energy Risk Underwriter - West Coast Operations - (Fort Collins, CO)

Opportunity to connect with a major insurance company providing Energy Risk insurance to clients in in industries such as Solar, Wind, and Hydro Power Generation, Biogas, Biomass, Mining, and Utilities. The Senior Energy Risk Underwriter shall drive business initiatives in growing and expanding underwriting operations through acquisition and retention of profitable clients throughout the Western Region of the United States within the Energy Industry. Other duties include: *** Underwriting, developing, and managing a portfolio of new and renewal Energy Risk business. *** Qualifying accounts to accept or decline risks through applications assessments. *** Creating and implementing policies, standards, and procedures aimed at profitable underwriting activities. Requirements: *** At least 5 yrs background in Energy Risk Underwriting.
