Structural Engineer 17-ENG-11 - (Portland, OR)

Mid-level position is available for a structural design engineer with background in 1 or more of the following areas: buildings, bridges, marine structures, industrial structures, and/or other infrastructure work. The applicant will work on project teams that analyze and design all of the above-mentioned structure types for projects located in our region and across the globe. Must be able to plan, schedule, conduct, and coordinate detailed phases of engineering work for tasks within a large project or for a complete project of moderate scope. This position will prepare technical written communications in the form of memoranda and reports. Will perform field duties, such as condition assessments, structural observations, and project reconnaissance. Will direct the work of junior engineering and technical staff. Job necessitates: BSCE (MSCE preferred) PE license (SE license preferred) 8 to twelve years of progressively responsible structural design background
