Technical Service Engineer - (Appleton, WI)

Duties: Perform on-site services in accordance with contract qualifications; function as primary contact between the Valmet service team and Valmets customers; ensure the scope and quality of projects is completed to the satisfaction of Valmets customers; write comprehensive field reports at conclusion of projects detailing findings and recommendations; develop quotations and project specifications; follow up with customer and sales force to insure that quotations meet customers' needs; and insure that project profitability is maximized by controlling job cost. Must be available to work on projects at various, unanticipated sites throughout the United States. Qualifications: Employer will accept Bachelors degree in Engineering, Paper Science, Paper Technology or related technical field and three years of work background in job offered or 3yrs of work background in a related occupation. Background must include: 1) Papermaking machinery; 2) PLC and HMI; 3) Electrics and Electronics; 4) Hydraulic and Pneumatic.
