The Training Coordinator in Patient Access will be responsible for the development and implementation of the Registration and Insurance Verification training programs, materials, and competencies for the Patient Access staff. This person will assume a role in performance improvement initiatives through participation and consultation with department management and all users of the registration system and patient access systems. This role reports to the Director of Patient Access.
