Hours are: 8:00 - 5:00 with one hour lunch Job location is Rochester, New York Description: SAP Testing Support for the Project Management Office · Supports project phases, during testing, training and production support. · Troubleshoot SAP problems from end users and resolve them to the customer's satisfaction. · Responds to customer software problems and document their concerns · Matches software solutions to appropriate problems with support from other senior teammates · Fluent in basic computer systems terminology · Competency in Microsoft office suite, specifically Word, Ms excel, PowerPoint, Visio, web based incident management systems, file servers, email is required.
