Technical Trainer Gas - (La Porte, IN)

Responsibilities Conducts Gas Training classes for developing students to competency levels specified by the Company Updates and/or develops training courses using the SAT (Systematic Approach to Training). This section responsible for training and qualifying classifications such as Equipment Operator, Pipe Mechanic, Gas Service and Gas Regulation Application of gas field work necessary to install, operate and maintain gas distribution and/ or transmission systems. Interpretation of gas and electrical diagrams Lectures, demonstrates and guides trainees in mastery of gas application principles Stays Current with new technology and work practices in the gas industry. Conducts documented Field Training Observations to provide info to improve training effectiveness.
