Desired Skills & Background --- 2 yrs desktop support and troubleshooting background preferable. --- 2yr background supporting users of Windows OS, Microsoft office suite preferable. --- Demonstrated TCP/IP knowledge and troubleshooting abilities a must. --- Demonstrated Network equipment knowledge and troubleshooting. Education: High-school diploma in IT Tech or University Graduated on Systems Administration or related major. A Certificate if possible.
