Commercial Projects Coordinator Job - (Hanover, MA)

Overview The Project Coordinator assists Project Managers (PMs) or Project Management Teams (PMTs) in the oversight and management of the project cycle for Commercial and Military Housing PV projects within a given Regional Site. Responsibilities includes: interfacing with the customer or customer representatives; support supervising PMs in the scheduling of work and coordinating of services; assist in the development of schedules and budgets to meet contract requirements; coordinating plan-check and permitting when necessary; assisting in the soliciting of bids for subcontracted work as required; providing administrative support for field activities related to the physical construction of the PV array by Solar City Installation teams and/or any coordinated subcontracts; and assist in securing any unique materials and/or equipment required to complete the project.
