Overview Supports the Assistant General Manager and Regional Vice President in developing, implementing and overseeing specified aspects of the strategic marketing plan. Provides administrative support to facilitate timely and accurate implementation of the objectives of the property marketing division. The job mandates an individual who is creative and highly organized and able to prioritize tasks while staying committed to delivering quality work and meeting deadlines. Responsibilities Adheres to ownership and management company's Standard Operating Assists with preparation of leasing support material for assigned center(s) including fact sheets, proposals, custom brochures, lease plans, email blasts, Assists with the preparation of new business proposals for 3rd-party clients and potential sponsors and participates in the presentations Maintains open communication with office heads, property management, clients, tenants, vendors, community leaders Assists national/regional marketing efforts
