Foreclosure Specialist - (Dallas, TX)

Position description· General Purpose of the Job: · Foreclosure Specialist is responsible managing foreclosure cases in compliance with state and client/investor foreclosure timelines. Provide assistance, work flow direction in the foreclosure department. The ideal candidate for this position will be able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail, and will have demonstrated organizational and project management expertise as well as perform all duties in accordance with the company's policies and procedures, and all state and federal laws and regulations. · Duties and Responsibilities: · Handle a portfolio of foreclosure and Eviction cases from referral through deed retrieval.· Monitor vendor performance and notify vendor manager of any consistent problems (vendors inability/failure to comply with investor/insurer procedures and/or CSLS qualifications).· Identify and resolve complex issues to avoid delays in the foreclosure process.· Regularly review agent’s foreclosure portfolio
