Full-time apartment complex maintenance person needed. 40 hours per week. $12 per hour. Must have own reliable transportation, valid driver's license and vehicle insurance. Must pass credit, criminal experience investigation and drug screening. Must be able to answer after house emergency cell phone and follow up on all emergency calls. Heavy lifting - moving and/or removal of apartment furnishings. Expertise of paint and clean to make apartment rent ready. Trash pickup.
